Salary: £25,000 + commission. OTE of £45,000. Commission payable from the first month.

Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am-17:00pm (no weekends, evenings, or bank holidays)

Due to our continued expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our growing Telematics team. We offer a generous commission structure along with exceptional opportunities for progression for the right candidate.

The role

The role of Telematics Account Manager is important to us. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with some of our key customer base, driving upsell campaigns whilst also being a first point of contact for queries.

We would love to welcome you to our Telematics sales office in Crewe where we work from 8:30am to 5pm. You'll report into the Key Accounts Sales Manager on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team of Account Management specialists.

What would your day to day look like?

Drive upsell campaigns letting customer taking greater advantage from Radius Telematics product/service catalogue whilst creating longer and stronger contractual relationships
Be the single point of contact and escalation for the customer. Including directing customers quickly and efficiently to additional help resources such as Help & Training within the application, personally helping with questions/issues.
Increase customer retention and adoption rates by regular check-in calls and account reviews to assess and track levels of satisfaction.
Track customer activity to identify churn risk and work proactively via targeted outreach campaigns to eliminate that risk, while simultaneously identifying and closing upsell opportunities when applicable.
Assist in obtaining customer references, case studies and testimonials and referral from portfolio of customers.
Serve as customer advocate, including collecting customer feedback on product needs, understanding customer and industry trends and articulating those back to the business.
Work closely with internal resources on escalation and resolution processes for critical customer issues.
Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients and promote new products and features
Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Be the voice of the customer internally
Be able to advise customers on invoicing and billing question

Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships
Commercial acumen with good track record of similar roles responsibilities with significant commercial results
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to function in an extremely high volume, forever evolving new business environment while always maintaining a smile and positive disposition
Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel
Experience of working with Sales Targets
